This may be through coming up with new innovative ideas/ways of present their brand, product, services or communicating their message to their current and potential customers. This is very interesting, I was discussing this in class a while a back. Some companies just need to find ways to keep the interest of their customers in order to keep their competitive advantage.

Interesting blog, had me smiling with the bread example. There is one error though, last paragraph, second line, “simple” should be “simply”.
