What technical support tasks can you help me with?
We can help you with website maintenance and support tasks such as updating content (text, images, videos, links, files, blog posts, etc.), testing forms, menus, changes to plugin settings, CSS adjustments and fixing small issues. How complex can requests be?
We operate by a general rule of thumb, a request should be something we can complete in about 30 minutes. That does not mean you can’t ask for larger requests, it just means larger requests may need to be broken down into smaller requests to make them more manageable.
How soon will my website maintenance package be implemented?
Roughly within 24-48 hours after purchasing your website maintenance package & care plan. Once purchased we’ll send you instructions via email on how to securely submit your website login credentials. Thereafter our team will setup and begin working on your site.
What does unlimited really mean?
With Caribonix, you can request as many small tasks as you’d like and our WordPress experts will work on the requests in your queue every business day. You’re limited in the speed of the requests – as we’re still powered by humans, and not magic AI WordPress developer robots.
What if I need more help in a month and use all my edits?
Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. You can simply upgrade your website maintenance package & care plan to the next tier, or you can purchase additional edits if you do not think you will need the added edits on a recurring basis.
What happens if I don’t use all of my edits?
All website maintenance packages & care plans are based on a monthly tasks cycle. Every month, edits reset and do not roll in to the following month. When an edit request is submitted, the edits is consumed and placed in a pending status until the request is closed.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and the Discover Card) and PayPal for monthly or annual plans.
Can I really cancel anytime?
Yes. We are all about a building relationships with our client. If you decide Caribonix is not the right team for you. Please request a cancellation via email or via your account billing admin and we will immediately stop your next payment.
Do you support WooCommerce sites?
Yes. Websites with advanced functionality like WooCommerce requires our Premium Plan. This type of website requires more resources for us to manage, so making sure you’re on the right plan means we’ll be able to dedicate what’s needed to keep your website secure, fast and running smoothly.
Does it matter what web hosting provider I’m using?
We’ll work with most web hosting providers. However they are not all created equal or focused on providing secure, fast, and reliable web hosting. If you’d like to upgrade, Caribonix offers web hosting service. Sold separately.
Do you do Search Engine Optimization (SEO)?
Yes. While we can’t make any guarantees. Caribonix can help increase your organic and overall website traffic. We do this by installing a premium SEO plugin on your site and offering SEO services. Sold separately, contact us.
Can you help build my website or offer custom development?
We do offer website design & custom development services as a supplement to our ongoing maintenance plans. If you have a larger project that requires custom work and is outside the scope of our maintenance plans, we’re happy to do it for you.
