Delivery Policy (for Tangible Goods)

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight and dimensions of the items you order and your location. The estimated date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, acts of nature, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.

Delivery Policy (for Downloadable Digital Goods)

Upon receipt of your order and completed payment, you will either be prompted to begin your download immediately or you will receive an E-mail from us with instructions to complete your download. If you are prompted to begin your download immediately, your completion of the download will constitute delivery to you of the item(s) you purchased. If you receive an E-mail from us with instructions to complete your download, the receipt by you of the E-mail will constitute delivery by us to you of the item(s) you purchased. In case you are unable to download the item(s) you purchase or you do not receive an E-mail from us with instructions to complete your download, you must contact us within 5 days from the date of your order. If you do not contact us within 5 days from the date of your order, the item(s) you purchased will be considered received, downloaded and delivered to you.

Delivery Policy (for Hosted Services)

Upon receipt of your order and completed payment, our system will begin the process of setting up your hosted service based on the selections made during registration. You will be given notifications of the start of the setup process and an estimated time for completion. You will also be sent confirmation E-mails of your registration. Delivery is considered complete when the hosted services has been setup and you are able to access the administration area using the credentials you selected or sent to you via E-mail. An E-mail notification is not required for delivery to be considered complete; however, the system will attempt to notify you by E-mail of the completion of your hosted service setup process. Addition of your website and / or content to your hosted service is not required for it to be considered to be delivered.   

Your hosted service and /or website will be accessible via a subdomain or from a domain chosen by you at the time of registration. If the domain chosen was obtained prior to your purchase of our hosted service, you warrant that you either own or have the authorization from the owner to use this domain. We accept no liability for your unauthorized use of a domain name. If you purchase a domain name during the registration process, then your name will be used as the registrant and therefore owner of this domain name. Delivery of the hosted service is not conditional on this domain name resolving to your website. You will still be able to access the hosted service via the supplied or selected subdomain. In case you are unable to access the hosted service via subdomain after one hour, please contact us at and we will endeavor to complete delivery of the hosted service through subdomain access.

Delivery Policy (for Services)

Upon receipt of your order, the services will be performed to you in accordance with the contract terms applicable to the services that you purchased. The nature of the services you purchased, timely and accurate completion of your obligations regarding the execution of the services, and the date of your purchase may impact the timing of performance of the services. The services will be deemed to be successfully delivered to you upon performance of the services. Contract terms will determine if full, partial or no refund is due to you should the contract be cancelled prior to delivery of services as well as the manner in which the contract may be cancelled.
